Services Provided

Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings.

 

Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due at least 24 hours before the tour. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

 

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel 72+ hours before: full refund.
- Cancel within 72 hours: no refund.
- No-shows: no refund.
If we cancel due to weather or other issues, we offer a refund or rescheduling.

 

Responsibilities
Provide accurate info and be punctual. Follow safety instructions.

 

Travel Requirements
You are responsible for your travel documents and health compliance.
